ANTELOPE STAG BEETLE (DORCUS PARALLELUS)

THE ANTELOPE STAG BEETLE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE WEAVER STAG BEETLE. scientific name being Dorcus Parallelus, native to North America. They are fairly sized and noted for their mandibles, strikingly larger than most beetles, therefore categorizing its Family as Lucanidae (stag beetles).
